At Meaco, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home environment solutions. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return your item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Meaco account and select your order history to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the unit back into its original packaging with all included accessories and manuals to ensure safe transit and full credit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of the box, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
